If you know of anyone at the Olympics, tell them to go find this place and bring back a dog! Hopefully they are able to rescue even more and find them loving homes.

So awful that this has to take place, if only people neutered their pets and were responsible owners in the first place, you wouldn’t have packs of dogs roaming around.
